Read the exact notice first
A suspended, disabled or restricted profile can involve different issues. Capture the message Google provides and note any recent changes to the business name, category, address, service area or ownership.
Check whether the business model is eligible
Google has specific rules for storefronts and service-area businesses. Review how customers interact with the business and whether the profile reflects the real operation.
Remove conflicting or duplicate information
Multiple profiles for the same eligible business, inconsistent names or unnecessary location changes can create confusion. Do not create a replacement profile before understanding the existing one.
Prepare accurate business information
Keep registration details, public website information, signage or other legitimate business records consistent with the profile where those items are relevant to Google’s review process.
Use the official appeal or support route
Follow the current Google Business Profile support process shown for the account. Approval decisions are made by Google, so the useful work is to present accurate information and resolve any policy issue that applies.
Check the website at the same time
Make sure the business name, phone number, services, location or service-area language and contact details on the website agree with the profile.
