Relevance: make the business easy to understand
Choose accurate categories, complete the services, keep hours and contact details current and make sure the website clearly explains the same services.
The business name should reflect the real-world name. Adding promotional keywords to the name can create policy problems.
Distance: service areas do not erase geography
A business can list service areas, but local results still depend in part on the searcher's location. A profile may appear strongly near its base and less often farther away.
That is why one manual search from your own phone cannot tell you how the business appears across Trinidad and Tobago.
Prominence: build a business people can verify
Google describes prominence using signals such as links, articles and reviews. A useful website, real mentions and a steady stream of authentic reviews can strengthen the public footprint around the business.
Connect the profile to the website
The website should have crawlable pages for the services the profile lists, consistent phone and business information and clear internal links.
If the profile appears for the business name but not for generic service searches, that usually points to a competitive ranking problem rather than proof that the profile is missing from Google.
