A redesign should solve a business problem

A new look alone will not fix a site that hides the phone number, makes services hard to understand or loads poorly on mobile.

We review the current structure, content, contact journey, search visibility and technical setup before deciding what deserves to stay.

Common reasons businesses rebuild

The strongest redesign projects usually start with a visible problem.

  • The site is difficult to use on a phone
  • Services are buried or unclear
  • The design no longer reflects the business
  • Pages are slow or unreliable
  • Enquiries are hard to track
  • The site depends on plugins or a platform the business no longer wants
  • Google has little useful service content to index

What can change

A redesign can include information architecture, copy, custom coding, forms, WhatsApp and click-to-call actions, analytics, structured data, page-speed work and redirects from old URLs.

If the current site has valuable rankings or inbound links, migration planning matters. Existing URLs should not disappear without a reason and a redirect plan.

The handover matters

You should know who owns the domain, hosting, code, analytics and business accounts after launch. We make those responsibilities part of the project scope.
