Can people find the business?
Check the searches customers use, Google Maps, the website, social profiles, referrals and any directories that genuinely matter in your industry.
If the business is invisible where demand already exists, fix discovery first.
Can they understand the offer?
A visitor should be able to tell what you sell, who it is for, where you work and how to contact you without decoding marketing language.
Service pages, pricing context, project examples and clear answers reduce uncertainty.
Can they contact you without friction?
Put the phone number, WhatsApp, email and forms where they are easy to use on a mobile phone. Test them yourself.
Response time matters after the lead arrives.
Know which channel produced the lead
Ask new customers how they found you and use campaign tracking where possible. Over time, you can put more money behind channels that create real enquiries and less behind activity that creates attention without business.
